In recent years sexual habits have changed a lot. More and more taboos are breaking and Paris is one of the cities in the world that anticipate sexual changes. Particularly there is one form of sexual exchange that is now very “a la mode” in the French capitol: the couple swinging.

Swingers clubs, that 10 years ago you could only find in major capitol cities are now opening everywhere, but in Paris a large number of people are approaching them without the secrecy that you would find elsewhere.

If you go to a friend’s house in Paris for a soiree and throw out the subject, you’d be impressed at how many people, men and women, will tell you that they have been in one of these clubs at least once out of curiosity.

A website dealing with sexual habits throughout the world states that in some environment of Parisian society, people even mention their membership to the most exclusive and selective swingers clubs on their professional resume.

Friends have been approached casually in the streets and been invited to special nights at swingers clubs as you would do to any other club.

Club owners now are specialized in making everyone feel comfortable whether their are first timers or habitués. They developed a strict code of conduct that customers are required to attend to. Most exclusive clubs have different rooms for different specialties, with a main area where first timers can get acquainted and decide if they want to remain simple on lookers or take part in the actual swinging.
