The film offers an insight on Paris street prostitution in the framework of the activity of the “Bus des Femmes”, a prostitutes association sponsored by the French Ministry of Health. The association operates a motor home that cruises night and day the street of Paris offering medical, legal, social and practical support to working prostitutes, such as handing out condoms, offering a cup of coffee and hosting a doctor on board for counseling. The personnel on board is made by prostitutes on days off, and the film shows them both walking the streets and working for the association. It gives an unbiased glance on the world of street prostitution, showing both people who do it for need as people who do it for choice.
